Day 2 - Delhi - A Two Hours Flight To Ahemdabad

After breakfast check out from your hotel and drive to Domestic Terminal to board a Flight to Ahemdabad, check in to Hotel, Relax and get ready to explore this city. Day 3 - Ahemdabad - Gir National Park

After breakfast drive from Ahemdabad and reach Gir National Park, Check in to the resort and get ready for your afternoon safari. Dinner and overnight stay at the resort.

About Gir: Sasan Gir often simply known as Gir is the only home in India for the Asiatic Lion of which there are nearly 300 in the park. The Gir National Park lies in the Gujarat peninsula in South-Western India. The terrain is rugged with low hills and the vegetation is mixed deciduous, with stands of Teak, Acacia, Jamun, Tendu and Dhak trees, interspersed with large patches of grasslands. The trees on the hills are sparse and stunted. Within the sanctuary, there are numerous human settlements of cattle herders called Maldharis with an estimated 20,000 head of livestock (which incidentally forms a significant part of the Lion's diet).

Day 4 - Sasan Gir National Park

Sasan Gir was established to preserve the only habitat of the lion found in India. The Asiatic Lion is a smaller subspecies of its African cousin, with a unique recognizable stomach fold. Gir is also a home to some mammal species, including sloth bear, striped hyena, golden jackal, chousingha (the world's only four-horned antelope), wild boar, Indian flying fox and the Indian pangolin. There is much to watch for the reptiles enthusiasts, the dam area of Gir contains crocodiles, and there are numerous non-venomous snakes such as the Indian rock python - and few venomous varieties: Indian cobra, common krait, saw-scaled viper, and Russell's viper.

Day 5 - Sasan Gir National Park

Morning and Afternoon Safari in Gir National Park. All meals and overnight stay at resort.

Day 6 - Gir National Park - Little Rann Of Kutch

After breakfast and Morning safari to Gir National Park. Drive to LRK and Check in to your hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.

Little Rann of Kuch is famous as the world's last and only refuge of the Indian wild ass (Khur) for the conservation of which it has been declared as the Indian Wild Ass Sanctuary. Sounds funny isn't it? Lets not underestimate the beautiful sightings of Wild Ass in this area, when seen from a distance their Golden muddy colored back get uniquely illusion with the muddy Rann and that makes it a great sight to watch.

Day 7 - Explore Little Rann Of Kutch

After breakfast pack your pair of binoculars for a spectacular view wild ass, as you are in the only land of the animal. Stay and Meals at hotel.

The Wild Ass Sanctuary is located in the Little Rann of Kutch of the Gujarat State in India. It covers an area of 4954km square . The Sanctuary is named after a sub species of wild ass (Equus hemionus khur), the last population of which it harbours. The Rann is one of the most remarkable and unique landscapes of its kind in the entire world. It is a vast desiccated, unbroken bare surface of dark silt, encrusted with salts which transforms into a spectacular coastal wetland after the rains.

Day 8 - Little Rann Of Kutch - Ahemdabad

After an early breakfast, get ready for Tribal Villages and their Traditional Handicrafts as Little Rann of Kutch has more to offer than its wildlife. Little Rann of Kutch is famous for its colorful handicrafts, which are carried on from generation to generation. The main handicrafts of the district are embroidery of ethnic style, Patchwork, terracotta, pen knives and nut crackers that you could purchase as a souvenir.
